Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Pumpkin pie for breakfast?  Well, who wouldn't want pumpkin pie for breakfast?  No, seriously, who?
 
Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
Serves 1

1 cup non-dairy milk
½ cup canned pumpkin
1 frozen banana
¼ cup wheat-free oats
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
2 teaspoons molasses
2 teaspoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon cinnamon
pinch nutmeg
1 tablespoon chopped walnuts (optional)

Put everything except the walnuts in a blender and process until smooth.  Sprinkle with the nuts.  Enjoy!
