All of our products are cholesterol free and contain no trans fats, hydrogenated oils, preservatives, artificial flavourings or colourings.  From the organic coconut and grape seed oils to the organic teff and sorghum flours, we take great care to ensure all of our ingredients are certified gluten-free and one hundred percent vegan. And we are dedicated to using natural unrefined sweeteners – organic coconut sugar, organic raw agave nectar, pure maple syrup and fresh, organic dates. You will never find white sugar in any of our products.
